Basic External
This hardware system is what we offer customers who want a simple, no fuss flagpole. The truck on top is stationary, which means the rope will always be on the same side of the pole as the cleat where it ties down.
Rotating External
The rotating truck at the top of this flagpole is the main reason our customers choose this hardware system. As the wind changes direction the truck will spin so the flag is less likely to get wrapped around the pole.
Deluxe Internal
A favorite for commercial customers and residential customers who live in high traffic areas, this hardware system keeps the rope secure inside the pole and features a reinforced locked door. The cam cleat system will lock the rope and flag in place at the desired height, while a beaded ring and weight sit just below the flag to keep it close to the pole if the wind picks up.
Flagpole Finishes
All of our poles come standard with a satin silver finish, but additional color and finish options are available. If a colored finish is chosen for flagpoles the rope, cleat, and flash collar will be the same color as the pole itself. In addition, Flagpoles outfitted with the Best Package will include the same color weight and beaded ring.

Installation Process
After the flagpole has been chosen and deposit has been paid, the customer will be provided with an estimated week of installation. Once the pole is ready then a member of our team will contact the customer to confirm when we will be onsite and review the information provided to ensure a smooth installation process.
Dig Day
The first stage of installation will be when we dig a hole in the ground and install the sleeve, either PVC or corrugated steel, that the flagpole will sit in. The sleeve will be secured using concrete and will have a small lip above the ground. The size of the hole and ground sleeve will vary depending on the height of the pole. Once the concrete has been poured, it will need to dry prior to the pole itself being installed.
Installation Day
The flagpole will arrive on site and the fun will begin! Our team will unwrap the pole and put all the hardware in place before standing the pole up using specialized equipment. After the pole has been raised it will be set in place with sand before the flags are raised. If the customer is available, we will provide on-site instruction for the care and maintenance of the pole before departing.
Ornaments
A finnial is a decorative assembly on top of the pole such as a ball or eagle. A ball is the round ornament placed on top of the flagpole comes in a standard gold anodized finish, but additional options are available upon request.
